Bio: This adorable penguin wandered away from the South Pole and found his true calling helping Santa in Calgary! Snowball is the team’s official mascot and expert in making children laugh until their bellies hurt. Despite being only 2 feet tall, he has the biggest personality on the team and a mysterious ability to make cookies disappear (we’re still investigating this).

• Has high-fived over 5,000 children (with his flippers!)
• Once saved Christmas by finding Santa’s lost list in a snowbank
